This is the Woman’s Exchange Cook Book of 1905. It is barely hanging on, held together by cellophane tape and a bit smelly, but full of beautiful illustrations and plenty of old newspaper clippings and recipes tucked into it.
There’s even a remedy for colic.
And since the first batch of meat cuts was so well received, here are more fantastic free images for you in both color jpg files and a black and white PDF version you can click on to download.

I agree! When my daughter was maybe 3 years old we bought chicken from the grocery. She made a point of telling me it wasn't the same kind of chicken you see at a barn.

I love these old images! What a great find! I recently made a journal for a friend and included 2 pages that had a cow and a pig showing the cuts. I got the images from a Whole Earth catalog--not as old as yours, but fun nevertheless.
